Founded in 2020, Steel Belly BBQ has set out to bring the best of Central Texas style Barbecue to the Frozen Tundra of Wisconsin. That means we use only prime meat cuts, and 100% Oak strictly on our offset smoker. We take a very time-consuming, detail-oriented approach in making sure we are producing the most aesthetically flavorful product possible.
